Dear Diary,

Well the year has barely begun and already I'm left tired after a long day.

Kaiden has already been in my office. It wasn't a pleasant experience. But then again, when is it ever? I really do worry about him, but he cares so much about image...

Anyways, preparations are well underway for the Holiday Ball. I can hardly wait to go shopping with Jayne for our gowns. Because we're going to wear them. No matter how much my daughter and her niece groan about it. They'll just have to deal with that-after all, who do they think is paying for theirs?

Well, it's late, and I have to finalize the menu-who knew what kind of bread we order could be so time consuming?
